Shipping Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge that processing and delivery times may vary due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products.

Order Processing Times

Because our products are made to order, processing times vary depending on the item purchased.

Print on Demand Products (Apparel, Mugs, etc.)

  • All print on demand (POD) items are custom made when ordered.

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days before shipment.  Timing can vary based on conditions beyond our and our print partners control and current demand and inventory level of the products.

  • These items are produced and shipped by our trusted print partners.

Laser Engraved Products

  • Laser engraved items are custom engraved after your order is placed.

  • Processing time is typically 2–5 business days.

  • These items are engraved and shipped directly by us.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Split Shipments

If your order includes both print on demand items and laser engraved items, your order will be shipped separately:

  • Print on demand items will ship from our print partner.

  • Laser engraved items will ship directly from us.

This means:

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

  • Items may arrive on different days

This allows us to get your items to you as quickly as possible.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Shipping destination

  • Order size and weight

If your order ships in multiple packages, shipping costs shown at checkout already account for this.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment will have its own tracking number.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
