Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with DIY Crasher. We take pride in offering custom, made-to-order products, including print-on-demand apparel and laser-engraved items. Because these items are created specifically for each customer, our return policy is as follows:


🔧 Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order, including:

  • Print-on-demand apparel and merchandise

  • Laser-engraved tools and custom items

Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

Please double-check sizing charts, product descriptions, and customization details before placing your order.


✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • There is a manufacturing or engraving error on our end

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the damage or error

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Design, color, or style dissatisfaction (as long as the item matches the listing)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval


💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or excessively delayed, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
